Reservation and Cancellation Policy
-Nightly rates are for single or double occupancy. Additional guest rate (suites only) is $35.00 per person per night (max. 2 addl. guests per suite).
-A 7% hotel tax and a 6% state tax added to all lodging rates.
-Check-in is 3 PM to 6 PM. Please make prior arrangements for later arrivals.
-Check-out is 11 AM.
-We will guarantee your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card deposit equivalent to the first night of your stay. Balance will be due at check-in. Please review our Cancellation Policy.
-For reservations cancelled with at least 14 days notice via EMAIL, deposits will be refunded less a $35.00 processing fee.
-Cancellations received less than 14 days notice will only be refunded if we are able to resell the room for the entire reserved period less a $35.00 processing fee.
-We are a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted outside and an ash bucket is provided.
-We cannot accommodate your pet but can recommend a nearby kennel if needed.
-The Inn welcomes children over the age of 12.
-Third-party credit cards will only be accepted with full payment for reservations placed AT LEAST 30 days prior to arrival dates.
-We do not serve alcohol, but guests may BYO and are welcome to use any of our cocktail or wine glasses and bar accessories.
