Chase-Lloyd House, across from the Hammond-Harwood Estate
and in the shadow of the State Capitol, The Inn at 30 Maryland
is in the midst of both historic destination points and
a thriving shopping and antique district. We are one block
from Gate 3 of the United States Naval Academy and the St.
Johns Campus and only minutes away, by foot, from the Annapolis
City Dock.

and owner Robert Dunn brings ten years of fine dining and
hotel experience from Baltimore to the Historic District
of Annapolis. At The Inn at 30 Maryland "It's your
choice for breakfast" with a full a la carte menu available
daily in either our formal dining room or our sunny bistro.
Early Coffee and continental start at 7:00AM with full breakfast
between 8:00 and 10:00AM.
All
rooms have newly renovated private baths, luxurious pillow
top mattresses, writing desks, satellite TV and central
air. Wireless internet access and house phone available
in common rooms. Integrated fire protection system installed

Parking:
Although we can not provide off-street parking we do have
a loading and unloading space for your convenience. Park,
get settled, and we will direct you to one of the monitored
parking garages just blocks away. Remember that Annapolis
is one of the country’s top walking towns. At 30 Maryland
you are minutes away from most destination points by foot.
